The TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a catalyst for change… a link where community providers, agencies and businesses can turn for collaborative solutions to problems; a vehicle to help community members identify important resources; a link to find critical community services.

We keep abreast of the current issues impacting southern Berks, northern Chester and western Montgomery counties and move forward with specific and impactful programs and projects.  Our 5 year strategic goals include:

  • Providing comprehensive information and referral service to the tricounty communities,
  • Providing a forum for an exchange of information and resources specific to health, social and environmental issues,
  • Diversifying our membership network to include more for-profit businesses committed to the tricounty communities,
  • Diversifying our board to represent health, environment and social sectors,
  • Establishing a speaker’s bureau for programs and projects
  • Increasing the recognition of the organization’s mission to attract collaborative endeavors
The organization exists thanks to community members and advocates who are the voices for underserved and at risk populations. TriCounty Community Network (TCN) moves forward thanks to the ongoing relationships with social, health, and environmental sectors of the tricounty communities.
