FirstCall
TriCounty Community Network (TCN) sponsors free, confidential information and referral services, funded by the United Way, through the FirstCall phone referral line at (610) 705-3301. Callers are assisted with general information and referral to community agencies that provide services, benefits, and more specific answers to callers’ needs. There is no restriction to the area or need; however, this is not an emergency service. Emergency calls are directed to 911.
The office is open from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. If no one is available to answer your call, please leave a message in our mailbox. Efforts are made to respond to callers’ questions within one business day.
